What is UTTS?

UTTS (National Vehicle Identification System) is a system designed to enable taxpayer vehicle owners to show their fuel expenses as expenses in their accounting records.

It works through the Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB) provided by Vehicle Assembly Companies authorized by the Mint. The TTB is mounted on the fuel tank entrance of vehicles and allows them to receive fuel from compatible pumps at fuel stations.
